How do we get a Checked account?
Complete the Request Access form on this page. Durham Lifting will confirm your company details and, where appropriate, create your account and send invitations to the required users.
What is included with a standard Checked account?
Standard Checked access includes your sites, your equipment register and access to Durham Lifting certificates, including individual PDF downloads and downloading available certificates together as a ZIP file.
Are pre-use checks and breakdown reporting included?
These additional tools, along with the overview dashboard, are available to customers with the appropriate Durham Lifting Service Level Agreement. Availability depends on the services included within your SLA.
What devices can I use?
Checked works in up-to-date web browsers on computers, tablets and phones. Dedicated apps are also available for iPhone and Android.
Can different members of our team have different access?
Yes. Checked supports Admin, Engineer and View Only user roles so access can be appropriate to the people using the system.
