Electrically rotated jib cranes - CBE/MBE series

  • Capacities from 250 kg. up to  2000 kg., jib arms from 2 mt. up to 8 mt.
  • Rotation 290°
  • CBE column version and MBE wall version. Rotating arm available in 2 versions :
    “T” underbraced version, to allow the optimal use of the available space at height
    “H” overbraced version for heavy duty and long arms.
  • Rotation mechanism formed by a motor reducer fixed vertically in the lower part of the support bracket, made with a reducer of epicycloidal type, with gear in a permanent oil and self-braking conical brake motor.
  • Variator of frequency (inverter) powered by alternate monophase power.
  • Electric feed system with festooned cables and main/off switch on the column.
  • On request electric feed system for control with independent push button panel. 
  • Painted with a base and top coat of yellow enamel, subject to preparation of the surfaces by metallic sandblasting. The drying in a oven concludes the cycle.
  • Column Fixing system by using the foundation frame with log bolts inserted in a foundation plinth or by using a counterplate suitable for chemical bolts.
  • Wall fixing system by using brackets and staybolts
