Durham Lifting Exhibits at Offshore Wind North East 2024.

Durham Lifting was proud to attend Offshore Wind North East 2024 as Gold Sponsors, supporting one of the region’s key events for the offshore wind industry.

Held at the Beacon of Light in Sunderland on 6 and 7 November 2024, OWNE2024 brought together developers, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and industry specialists to discuss the latest projects, technologies and opportunities shaping the offshore wind sector.

Representing Durham Lifting throughout the event were our Technical Director, Ir. Wan Djawad, and Sales & Marketing Lead, Olivia Gardiner. They met with existing customers, project partners and new contacts from across the offshore wind supply chain.

Visitors to the Durham Lifting stand were able to learn more about our specialist lifting equipment, crane services, inspection, proof load testing and engineered lifting solutions for offshore applications.

The event also provided an opportunity to showcase Multisec Engineered Lifting Systems , including modular spreader beams and bespoke lifting solutions designed and manufactured to support demanding lifting operations.

Offshore wind remains an important sector for Durham Lifting, with our team supporting projects through lifting equipment supply, engineered lifting systems, testing, inspection and technical expertise.
