Manually Rotated Jib Cranes - GBA/GBP series

  • Capacities from 125 kg. up to  2000 kg., jib arms from 2 mt. up to 8 mt.
  • Rotation 300° for version GBA and rotation 270° for version GBP
  • Rotating arm available in 3 versions :
    “C” version made using a special section track, made of folded sheet metal, inside which the hoist-carrying trolley runs. Max capacity 1000 kg. – arm lengths from 2 up to 7 mt.
    “T” underbraced version, made using a laminate T-beam form , without support bracing. The hoist-carrying trolley runs on the lower flange of the “T” beam. Max capacity 2000 kg. – arm lengths from 2 up to 5 mt.
    “H” version made using a H-beam section. The hoist-carrying trolley runs on the lower flange of the H-beam. The arm is fitted with one or two bracings to support the beam which connects it to the rotation tube.  Max capacity 2000 kg. – arm lengths from 4 up to 8 mt.
  • Painted with a base and top coat of yellow enamel, subject to preparation of the surfaces by metallic sandblasting. The drying in a oven concludes the cycle.
  • Electric feed system with festooned cables and main/off switch on the column.
  • Column Fixing system by using the foundation frame with log bolts inserted in a foundation plinth or by using a counterplate suitable for chemical bolts.
  • Wall fixing system by using brackets and staybolts.
