Durham Lifting attended the Rail Infrastructure Networking event in Derby, meeting industry professionals and discussing lifting requirements across the UK rail sector.
Held at Derby Velodrome on 12 September 2024, the event brought together railway contractors, suppliers, manufacturers and infrastructure specialists for a focused morning of networking and industry discussion.
Representing Durham Lifting at the event was our Managing Director, Amanda Gardiner, who met with existing customers and new contacts from across the rail supply chain.
Discussions focused on how Durham Lifting can support rail infrastructure projects through lifting equipment supply, crane systems, inspection, proof load testing and bespoke engineered lifting solutions.
Our experience includes gantry cranes, overhead lifting systems and specialist lifting equipment designed to support maintenance, manufacturing, infrastructure and site-based operations.
Events such as RIN help strengthen relationships across the supply chain while giving contractors and suppliers the opportunity to discuss upcoming projects, technical challenges and future requirements.
